I'm afraid you're asking this question in the wrong place. This forum is for HitFilm, a video editing, compositing, and visual effects tool. Trails in the sky mods. What you need is audio software, and HitFilm probably doesn't come with sufficient tools for detailed audio processing like you're seeking.
I don't know the exact sound of the 'Jarvis voice effect' (it's not really a single effect, but just a series of effects combined to create an end result, just like most effects in HitFilm), but you might be able to do it with Audacity, which is free. If you want to do non-destructive effect processing—i.e. the effects are processed in realtime as you play; they don't permanently change the original audio waveform—I'm a fan of Reaper, which you can try for free.
